01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on the 55bw platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

• Deposits may be made via Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, or supported local e-wallets such as GCash or Maya.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods on 55bw.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 55bw account balance once payment confirmation is received and verified.

55bw does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds added to your account must come from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits sourced from unauthorised methods may be reversed and accounts investigated.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin result is independent and cannot be predicted or influenced.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting 55bw support. Upon account closure at a player's request, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions.
• Interruptions to platform access due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control.
• Any error in game results that has been corrected and communicated to affected players.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

55bw's total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event.
